5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@alwaysiconicapparels.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
