At Always Iconic, we take pride in providing high-quality, faith-inspired apparel and custom printing services. Because many of our products are made-to-order or custom printed, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the unique nature of our business. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once an order is placed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference. Please double-check your order details, sizes, and designs before confirming your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

You must provide photo evidence of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement: A corrected or new product will be sent at no additional cost.

Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (only if a replacement is not possible).

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may begin, and cancellation/refund requests cannot be honored.

4. Shipping Issues

Always Iconic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
